Despite boasting a showroom in the capital’s premiere 5-star hotel and working with the tailor to the royal family, Sir Ludovic was struggling to transition their prestige to their online presence and communications—and that’s where we came in.

We developed a new tone of voice and digital design system that enabled the brand to reflect its luxury positioning and shine through the screen.

We helped them recognise the growth potential offered by a customer experience that’s seamless both online and offline, and then proceeded to develop the visuals.
